Family Communications

We have several district-recommended options for sending messages home to parents.  Please take a look through the options below.  If you have questions, or if you need further guidance, please email helpdesk@pembrokek12.org and we will be happy to help.

 

Seesaw for Preschool through Grade 2

Use Seesaw to securely share student work, student photos, and send messages home to parents/guardians.  It is important to invite parents to follow your class (do not have them log in with their child's account).  This will ensure that they receive all of the messages that you send home to parents.

Google Classroom Parent Summaries for Grades 2-12

Teachers must invite parents to their Google Classroom to receive Google Parent Summary Reports.  The reports will send home general information like completed assignments or missing assignments for their child.

Create Email Groups With PowerSchool
