Technology Work Orders

  • Click the link above
  • Click Log in with Google (if prompted)
  • If you see a "Profile" Screen, check your building and room, then click Submit at the bottom.
  • Complete the form with the details of your request.  Please enter as much detail as possible in the Description.  Screenshots can also be pasted into the description.
  • Click Submit Work Order
  • You will receive an email confirmation of your request
