Dear PHS Families,
The Guidance Department is pleased to share this update/reminder of important upcoming dates and events. Please reach out to your child’s guidance counselor with any specific questions.
The Pembroke Public Library has a subscription to mytutor.com which provides tutoring support services to any student that has a Pembroke Public Library card. For more information about the program, you can visit the site directly or email Stephanie McBain at: firstname.lastname@example.org.
AP EXAMS BEGIN THIS WEEK! Please view the AP Google Doc from AP Coordinator, Mrs. Conathan. It contains testing dates, times, and locations; important reminders for AP students; information about quarantining during AP exams, navigating digital exams, and more. This update is posted on all AP Teachers' Google Classrooms.
Guidance counselors met with seniors last week during Titan Time to complete their Senior Exit Survey. It is required that all seniors complete this survey prior to graduation. (Students will not be able to collect their cap/gown until it is completed). If any senior has not completed the survey, they should follow these steps to do so:
USERNAME is: FIRSTNAME.LASTNAME (not an email address)
Students created their password, if they do not remember it, please select "forgot your password"
Once logged into Naviance:
- Click on "ABOUT ME"
- Click on "MY SURVEYS"
- Click on "SURVEYS NOT STARTED"
- Click on "CLASS OF 2021 GRADUATION SURVEY"
Seniors are reminded that they must complete a total of 40 Community Service Hours as a graduation requirement. The Guidance Counselors have notified all seniors that currently have less than 40 hours this week via email. Seniors can download the Community Service Log Sheet here and submit it directly to Mrs. Webb, the Guidance Secretary.
