Technology & Materials Pick-Up Schedule

Please review the below times and dates for device pick-up from each building.  Please make sure to maintain social distancing and wear a mask. (bandannas and neck gaiters are not permitted.)



Bryantville Elementary School will offer two opportunities for Grades 2-6 students assigned to Cohort B or Cohort D to pick up Chromebooks. Although the district designation has been communicated, you will also receive a letter soon which further communicates your child’s cohort designation. The opportunities for Cohorts B and D device pickup are the following dates and times:

Friday, September 11th from Noon-3:00 PM

Monday, September 14th from 9:00 AM-Noon 

No one will be allowed to enter the school in order to secure a device. Please pull up to the front of the building and a staff member will deliver your device and any other materials ready for pickup at that time. We ask that you please wear a mask for your safety and the well-being of our staff.

Please note that students in Kindergarten and Grade One will receive an IPAD. We will send a separate communication regarding IPAD pickup.

Students who are in Cohort A&C will have their devices on their first day of school and will be distributed by their homeroom teacher. Students in Cohort B and D can pick up during the times/dates listed below:

Friday 9/11 at Hobomock Elementary School 
grades K-2 11:00-1:00
grades 3-6 1:00-3:00

Devices will be distributed by the cafeteria door in the front courtyard.


North Pembroke Elementary School:

Any student in Cohort B or D who needs to borrow a device in the front driveway of North from 8-11 AM on Friday morning. Please stay in your vehicles and a device will be brought to you.

Any students in Cohort D who do not plan to borrow a device are encouraged to please come during the pick-up time to receive workbooks and other curriculum materials they will need.

Students in Cohort A will receive devices in their classroom on Tuesday, September 15th.

PreK Families- Device pick-up will be scheduled next week.

If you are unable to pick-up your device during that time, please email Principal Swift to schedule an alternate time.


Pembroke Community Middle School:

Students in Cohort A & C will receive Chromebook in school during Titan Homeroom. Students in Cohort B will need to pick up their Chromebook prior to the first day of school on September 15th.

PCMS Chromebooks can be picked up Thursday, September 10th from 11:30-2 pm, Friday, September 11th from 8-10:30 am or Monday, September 14th from 11:30-2 pm.

The pick-up process will be similar to the spring. Families should drive into the front parking lot (where buses drop off) and a staff member will come out to the car to walk you through the process.


Pembroke High School:

The distribution for Chromebooks will be taking place this week, Wednesday (tomorrow) through Friday as well as on Monday, Sept. 14 in the PHS Cafeteria each day from 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. each day.  
Students, parents, or family members can pick up their Chromebooks by entering the PHS Cafeteria through the main lobby doors.  Once in the cafeteria, they will see a series of tables arranged alphabetically.  Please visit the correct table to procure your device and then exit out of the cafeteria side door to return to your car. Those picking up the device will be asked to sign user agreements before receiving the device.  
All students (or family member) should pick up a device, even if they have a personal device at home.  Students will be expected to use the Chromebook while in school, for we cannot support personal devices at school, nor can we push out important software on personal devices.  For these reasons, all students need to pick up a school-issued device.  Students are free to use their personal devices while at home.
