Musical Instrument Update- March 19, 2020

INSTRUMENT PICK-UP

Pembroke High School:

Students/families interested in picking up an instrument should email Mr. Talbot directly at marc.talbot@pembrokek12.org between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. identifying the student’s name, the instrument type, the locker number, and the lock combination (if applicable). 

Staff will then retrieve the instrument and bring it to the vestibule of the exterior doors at the end of  Band Corridor where students/families can pick it up at a time communicated in the return email from Mr. Talbot. 

 

Pembroke Community Middle School

PCMS students/families interested in picking up an instrument should email Mrs. McGarrigle (donna.mcgarrigle@pembrokek12.org).  She will contact you to work out the best time for pick-up. Thank you.

 

Bryantville Elementary School

 Bryantville students have already picked up their instruments. If you have a question or did not pick up already, please contact Dr. Glaude directly at Catherine.Glaude@pembrokek12.org.

Hobomock Elementary School

Students/families interested in picking up an instrument should email Mr. Murphy directly at michael.murphy@pembrokek12.org between 9:00 am and 1:00 pm identifying the student's name and instrument type.  Staff will then retrieve the instrument and bring it to the vestibule of the exterior doors at the main office where students/families can pick it up at a time communicated in the return email from Mr. Murphy.  Anyone interested in picking up an instrument is asked to coordinate pick-up by Tuesday, March 22nd.

North Pembroke Elementary School 

Students/families interested in picking up an instrument should email Mrs. Swift directly at Erica.swift@pembrokek12.org between 9:00 am and 1:00 pm identifying the student's name and instrument type.  Staff will then retrieve the instrument and bring it to the vestibule of the exterior doors at the main office where students/families can pick it up at a time communicated in the return email from Mrs. Swift.  Anyone interested in picking up an instrument is asked to coordinate pick-up by Tuesday, March 22nd.
