7-12 Parent-Teacher Conferences


Scheduling of parent-teacher conferences for the Pembroke Community Middle School is now open. We use an online scheduler called Pick A Time for conference scheduling. Instructions for using this system are available at the link below.

The scheduler is only open for the middle school at this time. The high school scheduler will open at a later date. Middle school conferences will be held on November 19th and December 2 from 4:30 - 8:30.

All conferences will be virtual this year. Google Meet links will be provided on your Pick A Time schedule once you have scheduled your conferences.



Parent/Teacher Conferences will be held virtually on Thursday, Dec. 3, and Wednesday, Dec. 9 from 4:30-8:30 each night. The "Pick-a-Time" portal is now open, and parents can begin signing up for conferences by clicking here. Once you've signed up, you will receive an email from "Pick-a-Time," which confirms the schedule of your conferences and provides the link to each teacher's Google Meet link.
As a reminder, these virtual conferences are 10 minutes each. When joining each Google Meet, parents will have to wait to be admitted to the meet by the teacher, a necessary step to ensure the privacy of the student being discussed in the conference prior to yours. Once the conference begins, our teachers will use timing software within Google to keep everyone on the 10-minute schedule. This countdown will not be visible on the parent end, but when the timer sounds, we do appreciate your cooperation in wrapping up the conference so that both teachers and parents can move on to the next conference. I know we all appreciate when the conference schedule - even when "in-person" - runs on time. If you would like to continue a conversation with a teacher, he or she would be happy to work with you to arrange a mutually convenient time to do so.
