On February 14 we will have our PCMS RED OUT,  in which we hope everyone will want to wear some red to support those fighting heart disease.   The week of February 13-17 we will be doing some PE activities during class that incorporate the importance of heart health and some fun basketball activities to keep the idea of moving each day for 30-60  minutes.

 

Thank you for your support of this event, which is also to remind you to take care of your heart by getting lots of water, 8 hours of sleep and daily exercise, as well as a balanced diet.
