1.Implement teacher lesson plans and administrator directives with fidelity and efficiency. 2.Communicate with classroom teachers and if necessary, principal regarding expectations for student work, behavior, and lesson execution. 3.Ensure the physical and emotional safety of all students. 4.Ensure the teacher’s absence does not cause an interruption in classroom instruction. 5.Perform supervisory duties as assigned (such as lunch, bus, or recess duty). 6.Abide by state statutes, school committee policies, and regulations 7.Take all necessary and reasonable precautions to protect students, equipment, materials, and facilities. 8.Maintain confidentiality regarding students and staff personnel information 9.Ability to be flexible with job assignments as needed 10.Assumes responsibility for other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned.
* MUST have a minimum of two years of college completed. * Must be able to relate well to teachers, students, other staff members, and parents. * Experience in a school or community setting working with children, preferred * MUST be able to pass a CORI and fingerprinting check. * DESE Licensure is preferred
