Student Athlete Registration Requirements

In order to participate in Pembroke Sports, student-athletes must:

• Be academically eligible (PHS only)
• Pay the athletics user fee
• Pay any outstanding balances and/or return any owed materials
• Have a current physical on file with the school nurse
• Complete the online registration forms.
