HES FIELD DAY 26

Hi Parents,

Field Day will be an all day event - 8:30-2:40pm
Date: Wednesday, 6/3 and Rain Date, Friday, 6/5.

We are doing things differently this year, with A Planetarium set up in the gym. The kids will be scheduled for that, by grade, throughout the day. (Event Day Schedule will be shared)

We have about 40 stations that need to be monitored.
We will need at least 55 Volunteers/Parents on site/at stations at all times and hopefully 10 additional Volunteers/Parents who will be floaters.

Please Sign up by, Thursday, May 28th, so we can better organize Volunteer times to Stations

Set up will start between 7:00 and 7:15am
Games will begin at 8:30am (ALL GRADES TOGETHER! WITH ASSIGNED TIMES PER FIELD/LOCATION)
Picnic Lunch (All Parents Invited) will begin at 11:50am, end at 12:25pm.
Parents Bring your own Lunches; kids can as well.
Kids can also buy:
Kids Picnic Lunch choices: Sun Butter and Jelly Sandwiches, Snacker Stacker or Nacho Nibbler

After Lunch
Kids Continue Games till 2:40pm -
Kids will take turn, per grade to Water balloon Custodians! (Earned during Hustle!)
Kids will then relax and eat popsicles.
Parent will start cleaning up around 2:40pm.

PARENTS PLEASE:
*Send in a change of clothing with the kids (water play)
*Have them Wear Sneakers
*Water Bottles for hydration
*Put Sunblock on them at home
*Put Bug Spray on them at home

*If you are dismissing your child/ren pick up will be at the office and Pick Up Patrol must be used. Thank you!!!
