*If your child comes to school late, you will automatically receive an automated phone call that your child is not in school since the data collected for the phone calls is collected early each morning.
The Pembroke Public Schools require the following procedures to verify pupil absences and address pupil safety concerns in Grades PreK through 12: Parents are expected to call the school as soon as it is determined that a child is to be absent or late. Please call as early as possible. (Absence Line: 781-294-2003)
We encourage you to call on the day prior to the child's absence if you know such will occur: medical appointments, out-of-town visits, etc.
Families will receive an automated phone call in the event of a child's absence.
*If you drop your child(ren) off late to school or pick them up early, you will need to come into the building to sign them in or out now that visitors are welcome back into the building.
*We have seen a bit of traffic right around 8:00 AM each day as cars are lining up in the back of the school and staff are arriving in the back parking lot. Please be sure to stay as close to the back curb to allow for incoming traffic. Thank you for your help!
*We appreciate your help in traveling through the PHS parking lot to access Learning Lane while the buses unload each morning. When the stop signs are out on the bus, traffic on both sides of the street must come to a complete stop. Traveling through the PHS parking lot is a way that we can safely keep the traffic moving.
Breakfast and lunch will continue to be free for all students for the 2021-2022 school year. Water can be purchased for $1 and snack items are $.75.

The 4th annual Pembroke Patriot Program is starting next Friday, March 4. Thank you to Mr. MacDonald and Ms. SanGiovanni for keeping this awesome program going. Please check your child’s backpack for all details. This program is completely optional and is open to all students from K-6.
Parent volunteers are also needed on Fridays from 8-8:30 am to assess the activities.
We are in good shape re: volunteers, but if any parents want to get involved still, please reach directly out to Helen Murphy.
Helen also shared that grades K & 1st have had a good turnout thus far - and that ALL of Mrs. Willis’ kindergarten class already completed coloring the flag and reciting the pledge of allegiance - great work!!!
If interested, please look at the dates below and let Helen Murphy - helenpmurphy@outlook.com - know which dates you would be interested in volunteering?
All volunteers must have a valid CORI. Please contact Hobomock's front office to see if your CORI is up to date.
The dates for activities per grade group are below, thanks!
