How to Find Your Property’s Assessed Value

To use the calculator below, you’ll need your home’s assessed value (not your market value or purchase price). This is the value your property is taxed on.

You can look up your assessed value using the Town of Pembroke’s online property database:

Once you open the database:

• Search by your address or owner name

• Look for the “Assessed Value” (sometimes listed as “Total Value”)

• Enter that number into the calculator

This will give you an estimate of your annual tax increase if the override passes.
