Pick A Time Instructions

Log In

  • Enter your email address - this must be the email you provided to the school

  • If you are a new user, you will be prompted to create a password.  If you have used Pick A Time before, enter your Pick A Time Password.  If you have forgotten your password, click Forgot Password

 

Add Your Students If Needed (for New Students ONLY)

If you are new to Pick A Time, or if you need to add a new student to your existing account:

  • Click Settings on the left
  • Click Students
  • Enter your student’s full First and Last name with no spaces (eg BenjaminFranklin)
  • Enter your student’s birthdate with a 4-digit year (eg 2/24/2004)
  • Click Add Students
  • Repeat above steps to add other students if needed
  • Click Home on the left side of the screen once all students are added

 

Schedule your Times

  • Click the Event for which you would like to schedule a conference

  • If prompted, choose In-person or Virtual

  • Your student(s) enrolled in the school for this event will appear under the “Students with Classes” area. 

  • Click Next Step

  • Check the box(es) next to the teacher(s)/class(es) you would like to schedule

  • Click Filter Slots

  • If more than one date is available for scheduling, you will see a calendar icon above the appointment list.  Use the calendar or arrows to view the other date.

  • Click the plus sign next to the time you wish to select for the first teacher:

  • On the Create an Appointment screen, scroll down and click Create Appointment
  • Continue clicking plus sign for each appointment you would like to create

  • Return to the Home Screen on the left side menu to select an event for another school and continue scheduling

 

Print or Email Yourself Your Schedule

  • After all of your times are selected, click “Printable Schedule” on the left side menu

  • Click Email Schedule to email the schedule to yourself.  This is recommended especially if you are attending any virtual conferences.  The links for the conferences will be clickable from your email

  • You also have the option to Print your schedule

 

Change or Delete an Appointment

  • If you end up needing to change or delete an appointment, you can follow the steps below. Please not the conference scheduler closes 24 hours prior to the start of conferences.  If you need to make a change after the system has closed, you must contact the teacher directly to make the change

  • Log into Pick A Time

  • Click My Appointments on the left side menu

  • Over over the 3 vertical dots at the top right of the appointment listed

  • You can click the trash can icon do delete the appointment entirely

  • OR click the clock icon to change the appointment:

    • Click the plus sign next to the new time you would like to select

    • Click Change Time and Change Appointment
