Parent-Teacher Conference Scheduling

• Please Note:  Pick a Time will close 24 hours prior to the start of conferences.  Parents must select all conference appointments prior to that time.

• To Change or Cancel an Appointment: Log into Pick A Time, click My Appointments, hover over the Clock icon to change the day/time.  Use the calendar icon at the top to select the date (if applicable). Then click the plus sign next to the new time you would like to select. Or to cancel an appointment, on the My Appointments screen, hover over the trash can icon to delete.
