Faces of PPS
Everyone in Pembroke Public Schools has a story.
This year, we've focused on telling those stories about the exceptional people in our District. Some have been part of our community for many years, others new additions to our Pembroke family. Some of them have overcome difficult obstacles to get where they are or have been leaders in their field, producing incredible results, while others have always gone out of their way to show kindness and compassion.
Each one of them is an important part of who we are as a District, and as a community.
KUDOS 2019
When the 2018-19 school year wrapped. We asked our community to take a moment to share kudos for PPS staff: bus drivers, custodians, nurses maintenance staff, paraprofessionals, principals, teachers, and secretaries. Someone who went the extra mile for their student, a friendly face, or an unsung hero who deserved to be celebrated. The community came through in a big way and their comments were so appreciated by our staff as we headed into summer. Thank you!
Here are some of the amazing things people had to say.......
- Mrs. B has been such a constant source of support and encouragement for my son.
- Big kudos to Miss K, her team, and Miss M for the tremendous support, love, and guidance they have given my son in his first year of school. They all have truly made lasting impressions in the hearts of our family! We could never thank you enough!
- I just wanted to say a big thank you to all my son’s preschool teachers, assistant teachers, and paraprofessionals! I can’t say enough about the help with him the last 3 years. I am going to miss them when he goes to Hobomock School for kindergarten in September, but there will be a few familiar faces for him still. Thank you so much again and have a great summer!
