Welcome to the Pembroke High School Guidance Department

  • Mission Statement:

The School Counseling Department at Pembroke High School advocates for all Pembroke High School students and develops relationships within the community. Counselors help to guide and support students with their academic planning, personal/social development and with college and career readiness. By taking a holistic approach of collaboration with students, parents, faculty and community members, counselors will assist students with post-secondary goals while preparing them to become successful and active members of their community.

    Vision Statement:

Empowering students to Believe. Achieve. Succeed.

The Pembroke High School Guidance Office is aligned with the MA Model in its delivery of college and career readiness curriculum to PHS students. School Counselors meet and work with students and families for a variety of reasons, including academics, college and career planning or social/emotional concerns.  Services are delivered in a variety of ways, including individual meetings, guidance seminars, evening presentations, parent and community evening meetings, coffee and conversation, parent and teacher consultation, phone, email, and the PHS Guidance Department website.

  • SENIORS!
Congratulations on almost finishing your senior year! While it has not ended the way we anticipated it is
still a huge accomplishment and you should all be very proud! We certainly look forward to celebrating
each and every one of you at graduation this summer!
It is that time of year where we need ALL seniors to complete the Senior Exit Survey. This is to
report whether you are going into the workforce, military or college. We will use this information to
send your final transcript to the college you plan to attend. To access the survey, you will need to
    follow the following steps:
    1. Login to your Naviance Account: https://student.naviance.com/pembrokehs
    2. Your username is not your email address, it is Firstname.Lastname
    3. You reset your password, if you do not remember it please select “Forgot your password?” and
    reset it.
If you need to access your school email to reset your password this is how you can do that:
Open up your mobile web browser
    Go to http://login.microsoftonline.com
Enter your user name - lastname.firstname@pembrokek12.org
Enter your school login password (which is also the same password that is used to login to a
    computer)
    Select Outlook
This will get you to the web platform for your email, but you can also download the Outlook app
and login there. The app is easier to access/use.
