SchoolDude IT and Maintenance Requests

  • SchoolDude is used for maintenance and IT requests.  Log in using the instructions below to submit a request.

    • A maintenance request allows users to log in any maintenance item that needs to be addressed either in their classroom, hallway etc. It provides tracking to monitor when the request has been submitted, worked on and completed. Priority of those items, are determined upon receipt of the building principal and/or custodian. 
    • An IT request allows users to report any issue that arises with their computer. If you can not operate your computer to log in a request you may log on to another working computer to submit your request.

    First Time Users:

    • To begin using the system, click the link below.  It will open in another tab and you will be able to click back to this tab to continue following these instructions:
    • Click ”Never Submitted a SchoolDude Request - Register Here".
    • Enter the account number: 864443565
    • Enter your Name, work phone and work email address.
    • Create a password.
    • Click Register.
    • A verify information page will come up then hit submit.
    • You will then come to the, Submit New Request screen.
    • Choose if you have a Maintenance request or an IT (tech) request. There are tabs along the top of the screen to indicate your choice.
    • Follow the instructions on the page. All areas with a red checkmark are required fields. The system will prompt you if you have not completed all of those fields.
    • Please make sure your last name and room number are also listed in the description area.
    • Fill in the request form with as much detail as possible. If you are reporting an IT issue that involves an error message, copy and paste the error message into the request form.
    • Submit the request.  The submittlal password is "password".
    • After completing the request, log off.

    Returning Users:

    • Go To www.myschoolbuilding.com 
    • Enter your school email address and password you used to create your account.  If you do not remember your password, click "Forgot Password"
    • Once logged in, you will then come to the, Submit New Request screen.
    • Choose if you have a Maintenance request or an IT (tech) request. There are tabs along the top of the screen to indicate your choice.
    • Follow the instructions on the page. All areas with a red checkmark are required fields. The system will prompt you if you have not completed all of those fields.

    • Submittal Password is “password”.
