Fiscal Strategy Subcommittee Functions and Duties
The fiscal strategy sub-committee will work with the superintendent and appropriate administrative staff to review and prepare financial planning for the Pembroke Public Schools. The sub-committee will bring forward its recommendations to the school committee in order to support the annual school district budget, budget transfers, documents for certification and ongoing financial concerns of the district. The sub-committee will also serve the role of liaison for the Pembroke School Committee to the town of Pembroke advisory and cash management committees.
The fiscal strategy sub-committee will meet regularly throughout the year and provide periodic timetables for upcoming discussions.
